Chair, Cadillac/Tower, Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector Section:

Gain a well-rounded understanding of these specialized apparatuses with a focus on versatility and therapeutic application:

• The purpose and benefits of each apparatus and their role in supporting spinal health, mobility, and strength

• Safe and effective exercise set-up unique to each piece of equipment

• Core muscle groups and postural patterns supported through each movement

Cueing & Customization:
