Our studios provide over a wide range of group classes on the schedule per week. It’s as easy as choosing the best day and time that fits your schedule with the choice between Level 1 (recommended for beginners), Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advance with instructor approval). Any of these classes may be taught utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Jumpboard. New clients may take their first class free.
