All group classes and private sessions require a 12-hour cancellation window before a $10 late cancel or no show fee will be charged to the card on file or to the clients account. Please note all balances on accounts will need to be reconciled before scheduling a class.

 

Members may sign up for a class up to 2-hours before the start of the class; otherwise, please contact the studio to reserve your spot if less than 2-hour sign up window.

 

For all Unlimited memberships, we require a 12-hour notice to cancel a class reservation; otherwise, a reformer reservation fee of $10 will be charged to the card on file the day of. One class per day for all Unlimited memberships.

 

Groupons may only be used in the studio if the client has been inactive for a minimum of 6 months. Members agree when purchasing a Groupon they will forfeit their First Class Free at the studio. If a member uses a Groupon after their First Class Free, then the member agrees to pay the Drop-In rate of $35 for their first class at the studio.

 

Please silence your phones and smartwatches. Upon arriving at the studio, please remove your shoes. We are a no shoe zone on the carpet, and under no circumstances will shoes be allowed on any of the equipment.

Exchanges and Returns

All Function Pilates services, packages and membership are non-refundable. All sales are final.

No returns or refunds to original form of payment. Exchanges for the same value may be credited back to the client account within 14 days of purchase under the conditions that the credit will be used towards another service, package or membership. Credits may be transferred to another client account with written authorization.

Etiquette

At Function Pilates Studio, a positive attitude is a must. Rude or aggressive behavior and words towards any Function staff member, student, or another Function client will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership or suspension from studio.
